How can I find my tracking link?Updated a month ago

To check the status of your order, you can use the tracking link provided. This will show if your items are already in the warehouse, on the way, or in some cases, out of stock with an estimated restocking date. When your order is ready you will receive updates regarding pick-up from our warehouse locations. Please note that some items may take a few weeks to arrive following a consignment. If specific issues with stock arise at our logistics centers, which are beyond our control, we will communicate and provide updates as we receive them.

For a more detailed understanding of your order's status or if you believe your order is ready but have not received a pick-up notification, feel free to use your order's tracking link for real-time updates. If you have any further questions or require assistance with tracking your order, please refer to the email thread with our customer service team.
