EU 2-Year Warranty: In line with EU consumer protection legislation, all appliances purchased from our store are covered by a mandatory two-year legal warranty. This guarantees that the product will be free from manufacturing defects and function as intended for a minimum of two years from the date of delivery. Should a fault occur within this period due to a manufacturing issue, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with local regulations. This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised repairs, cosmetic wear and tear, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s guidelines. Please note this is a back-to-base warranty, meaning the customer is responsible for returning the appliance to our warehouse for any servicing under warranty. A valid Maltashopper delivery note must be presented when making a warranty claim. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them.
